Is One Client Controlling the Team?

We have all been there: one client is not participating or negotiating in good faith, and so the team picks up the slack. Through role play scenarios, we will look at some common ways that clients manipulate the team and force the other client to concede to their position. What role does the team play in this dynamic? Do we become complicit in the client’s bad behavior, and what things can we do as team members to recognize the issue and address it when it happens?
